Thankfully he has been very good about sanitizing and letting us know if he has at all had possible interaction with someone who was transported due to COVID-19. 

There is a lot to love about the transportation and state government infrastructure.

In the spirit of friendly helpfulness of our community, I'll share some general tips that may help:1) Look for a city with a variety of economic pluses including: a diverse employer based (i.e. no one or two major industries dominate the market), a desirable climate, easy access to nationwide transportation (airports, interstate highways), low overall crime rate, growing demographic of younger families and singles.2) Find off market deals. 

Proximity to colleges and public transportation is vital for the room rental model from what I found. 

The labor to get it out of the house combined with the transportation of it makes it worthless.

The Austin City Council and the Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority have put the city on track toward a nearly $10 billion transportation overhaul, including three new light-rail lines.A major component of the 30-year plan would be the addition of three light-rail lines that would snake throughout the city.

I like the area as it's close to O'hare airport, shopping, food, public transportation, etc.

(My experience is in buy and hold rental, mostly duplexes and quads.)As I put myself out there, people interested in doing deals are coming out of the woodwork so fast it reminds me of Worthington High School back in the 1980's when I was the one of the first kids my age to get a driver's license and a fake ID, and could thus combine the services of transportation and beer acquisition.  

These numbers are being inflated to enable the media and politicians to create a panic and take over housing "as a basic human right" along with banking, healthcare, transportation and education.

Remember, transportation costs are the same thing as housing costs.
