In this scenario the seller is trying to back out of a legitimate sales contract, so the buyer has a legitimate case to file suit, no slander of title.Since we don’t know the language used in the request for repair/price reduction, we don’t know if there is still a valid contract.

They are fairly scattered throughout the city. 2 family properties are very prominent throughout the entire city, as there’s multiple universities and hospitals all within a few square miles.

There’s a large apartment (a few hundred units) being expanded 3 blocks away.It’s 4 blocks away from a major university health center (and embassy suites for hospital visitors) and 2 miles from another hospital (possible travel nurse MTR potential).
