I currently am looking for my first property and havent been able to get a MF for a good price although I am still on the search taxes tend to be an issue in the state of rhode island even with that being said I know there are good deals out there.

@Shanae Williams One main reason investors don’t use bank financing on the front end is because her bank won’t finance properties that they deem uninhabitable.

@Sheena Varghese I had a very similar issue in 2011, short sale, inherited tenant, ceiling leak, no rent, building uninhabitable.
