Should I stay away from these and only consider purchasing properties with at least 2 baths?  

I plan to build a duplex with approximated 800 sq ft units, 2 bd 2 baths each.

The parking is the biggest issue in my book, and when I'm looking at possible house hacking homes with clients, I give a lot of value to at least three off-street parking spots.
