All the properties we've inquired with agents on are either pending or have some strange circumstances (for example one was zoned as a commercial property, had been an office and then gutted, and now can't convert back to residential for some reason).

That is strange because there "wonderful", "revolutionary", "advanced" automated portal auto-filled the address and verified the legal name of the owner when I did it.As to Andrew's point that bad mouth flippers on their website who want to make 25% profits.

The concerns about the age and condition of the building are unfounded as they are easily remediated with minimal time or capital.The issue about parking is also strange given that it is an urban neighborhood and it is quite common.

Unemployment, stauration of the market, anticipated financial market conditions and personal financial aspects of a buyer all play a part in current hosuing markets, these factors bear greater weight than anticipated increasing interest rates as we have seen, there is a lack of buyers with an over supply, very strange, and as confidence builds, buyers will react, demand will increase and supply reduced.
