So I'm guessing it might depend on your state laws and personal situation. and make sure you know of any sticky items that would eliminate the protection you get from the LLC.

And the groundwater is incompatible for human consumption due to abandon mines.No utilies, no stores, no police or emergency presence for a good hour, no nothing.

You can evaluate the additional cost and payback time as if you were paying for heat to get a handle on it but the jump to most efficient is probably not worth it in your situation.

Every investor  has a different risk tolerance, comes from a different financial situation and has different financial goals.

It is possible to buy too many too fast and put yourself in a financial hardship.Have you ever heard of a startup store that done real good and added another store that done good?

If it is the right investment, focus on how you can negotiate the best terms or tailor your offer to the situation.

However, I just purchased a 5/2.5 perfectly situated next to a larger university in Chattanooga and it has been very hard to find tenants.
