That gave my partner (also AD Navy and at a deployable command) the confidence to do a fix and flip in AZ (we're both stationed in CA and it's very expensive here).

You're right next to the highway (my wife and I passed on a Delavan Ave. house for this very reason) and you're a bit farther from the Port Chester station than most commuters want to walk.
