The only real city is Seattle, and I am 3 hours south west. 

The Southwest Florida Regional MLS covers Lee (Cape Coral/Fort Myers) and Collier (Naples) counties, among others. 

For whatever reason half of the meetings here in Charlotte seemed to be in the same southwest part of Charlotte, which is not that convenient for those on the opposite side of town.If you are going to have speakers, try to have them be local and not there for just a sales pitch.

I made a trip out there 2 weeks ago and spent a full day with an agent looking at SFH in the southwest region but unfortunately, the numbers don't quite add up for the amount that I was willing to put down.

Prices have continued to climb but there is a lot of building happening in Southwest and Northwest Orlando with a ton more to come in the north in Hamlin/Winter Garden, FL and on the area's eastside in Lake Nona.
