The issue is there are too many of these “gurus” on social media that are preaching S8 to everyone and how great it is.

Professor Scott Galloway was recently posting on social media "sector dynamics will trump your talent".  

With that being said, all of my tenants have been renting for numerous years, so admittedly there may be some social media or other apps that are really effective too.
