This home is smaller and cheaper than anything listed within my area, where there is a housing/rental shortage.

There seems to be a shortage of attorneys on this forum.

I think the nice neighborhood/nice schools/pets area there is a real shortage.

I think you will find in Dallas there is a real shortage of 2-4 unit properties. 

I'm looking to buy some more Multi Families but finding a bit of a shortage of leads... 

Secondly Hawaii has a housing shortage and we have the lowest current properties for sale in hawaii's history.  

It seems like a good idea since there is a shortage of housing for section 8 tenants.  

There is a shortage of independent larger multi-family properties - they come up every now and again but anything listed comes at a premium price.

There is no shortage of houses, both single and multi family, for this price, in need of minimal work, in the areas I'm looking at.
