Mine is one page and 8 sentences long, but typically it's just a verbal offer.

I had a good friend who was trying to fund a gold mine purchase with private in esters and when the deal went bad and the investor lost the money the courts said he was selling securities without a license and some other stuff and sentenced him to 14 months in federal prison I would really like to avoid that.

NOt just your cash and their brilliant Ideas you have the makings of a true beneficial partnership.I think you meant in the first sentence "take inexperienced investors".I believe that those who have been around the forums for a while have seen the posts about how new investors are sometimes ripe for people in various markets to take advantage of them. 

I have found that u always have to look and switch because they always increase their premiums thinking u would not notice.Terrible run on sentence.
