Just evict.I've tried 3 times this year "to do the right thing" and be nice and help someone out only to get ripped off and bad mouthed.This level of life-form just doesn't care and the sooner they are out of your life the better.

As if people have the right to be stupid, get ripped or rip off others outsmarting the other guy.Mo. is not what I'd call overly consumer friendly, there is a political view of big business requiring the advantages over competition and to seek business from the public to include the ignorant or disadvantaged, free enterprise and the only hooks being set by violations or laws or in ethical areas, through complaints.Municipalities have the ability to require service industry providers or professions to demonstrate education or knowledge.

As for (realty brokerage catering) MLS services also offering (competing) LO, or other 'owner- financed' listings... that won't happen unless / until there's sufficient 'disruptive' reorganization and / or other larger realty companies start (seriously) thinking outside the 'traditional' box, vs. partnering with the likes of that (big lending - insider) company that was making people sign an absurd 50+ page LO contract (and ripping many of them off...) giving 'rent to own' home purchases, a BAD NAME.

Having done that for a better part of 2 decades your absolutely right... there are many many out there that are either incompetent ( either newbies or just plain dumb) or they are shysters who go from one funder to another ripping cash out of deals.AS a lender and that's what the crowd funders are they are brokers and underwriters at least I would think they should be. its up to them to vette the deals.Now if the sponsors of these crowdfunding sites are saying hey we just bring you the deal its up to you Mr. accredited investor to do your own due diligence then that's another matter.

I do not see values going up, I see them going down, that's why investors here are holding off, yet there are many buying still.We got people going and ripping off the copper plumbing when a property is vacant and selling it since copper went up.

Wasn't sure where else to put this...They have been re-siding my building the past couple weeks and when I came home one day, I noticed the wall inside the garage was ripped up right where the A/C freon lines are.
