Soo in the class I am reviewing they are teaching us to undercut deals brought by brokers, but once we refi a property and pay off our partners wouldn’t we simply become the very targets that we were after 5 years ago?

As I've been reviewing these, I've kept an airtable list of the various features for quick comparison.

I have a 4/3 3k square feet and it is a constant battle with bottom feeders for bookings, and I have a great place and all 5-star reviews.

It is still good advice to get a lawyer to review it.

HOWEVER, I'm reading a lot of mixed reviews on whether I'll be able to put the property in an Ohio LLC (we won't be the primary owners of the LLC, since it will be owned by the Holding LLC.

That being said, I read some (old) reviews that said payments had been hung up (withdrawn from the tenant but not deposited into the landlords bank account longer than 10 days) and customer support was ZERO and their 'ticket' program kept automatically closing out the ticket request without resolution.

Usually, lender review the internal photos as well to ensure it can be easily converted back to residential use easily as well.  

In Washington, an architect can stamp plans prepared by another individual if they have been reviewed by and approved by the stamping architect.

My suggestion would be to select someone with the most forum posts or most reviews.

There appears to be  no legitimate reviews of the company on their website etc.
