Or increase cost from $125-$250/sq ft for a STVR.A lot of the coverings mentioned can be replicated with epoxy resin coverings; countertops, vanities, shower surround, accent walls. 

What I am getting is the ability to see a deal from start to finish from the inside so that I can replicate it successfully on my own.

Maybe I should study others, go to open houses etc. and try to replicate what looks good myself.

Getting $700 for 950sf is great but can that rent be replicated moving forward ?  

Find a system and process in one city and have that down with ability to replicate.
