There's no bank that would do like this but there're LOT of religious private institution that's offering the same, only by different method (shared equity,limited appreciation,etc,etc).But just FYI, in my own view, the current fixed rate mortgage of 30 year I felt it's more "kosher" than those private company that's offering, is simply because on the private offering, the house is owned by them and not by you.

Deciding life is too short walked away from my six figure corporate job – As most of you know I am a single Mom with two kids, mortgage payment, two car payments with only the belief in myself to begin a dream of real estate investing.

Did this happen as part of a religious ritual performed in accordance with the dark lord's curses upon the property?  

There is really nothing holding me back from achieving what I desire, outside of the mental self-limiting beliefs telling me that I am not worthy & capable of jumping to the next position towards my vision and doing multiple multifamily investment deals & managing other deals/projects at the same and always have deals coming up to do next.2.

I think the keywords here are "conventional loan" which may be attributed to this limited belief that SFHs aren't scalable. 

It's amazing how we are tricked into mundane lives by society, our family, and even our own limiting beliefs.

I'm a contrarian, so all this fits my own personal beliefs, which I have a feeling most of us on this thread are in line with those sentiments or have that gut feeling it's the case.All fun to watch.

Hearing how they got started and succeeded gives me the drive and belief that I can do it for myself as well.
