Financially I was more than fine living off of my business/REI income for my requirements so I felt comfortable to walk away without looking back.My personal advice would be to use your 9-5 as much as you possibly can, milk it.

Renovations and repairs would probably be needed unless you want to milk and slumlord it.Repairs were done to the bear minimum.Roof and some windows/doors have been replaced sometime in last 10 years..5 acre lotEach unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, eat in kitchen, and living room on the 2nd level.

I imagine that for most vacant houses, the garbage, recycling, and green waste bins are not moved to the street once a week on the relevant pickup day.
