I feel like I wanted to really start growing my portfolio  but feel like I may have jumped the gun.

Very common for families to take advantage of when they are younger looking to grow their portfilio/wealth.

@Christine Kankowski I think the student rental makes more sense if you're looking to grow and/or have the time to handle the management, turnovers, drama, etc.

What impact does this have on the performance of your rental properties and your ability to invest in the next deal and grow?
