Hi everyone,I would love to learn from and connect with those of you who partner with corporate hq folks (regardless of the "corporate" buyer) and offer them an inventory, or even one product/asset,  for MTR/Corporate Housing. 

If a landlord is willing to let someone sublet for this reason, they're probably not a very experienced landlord, and you end up with the blind leading the blind.As a direct answer to your question, no landlord worth their salt is going to be excited about the prospect of a stranger subletting their property.

What I am looking to do is refinance, or pull out equity so I can get back on track with my lender and continue searching for a buyer. 

Might be a way to get some cash quicker or maybe get a buyer for the land quicker if you can show them they could pull 1k an acre by having someone come clear cut the parcel after they buy it.The local population seems very limiting too.

Seems like the few people I talked to that are selling land in Florida are trying to sell it above retail without understanding that most of their potential buyers are going to be builders. do Not buy land in FLA without doing full due diligence  on all aspects . there are environmental gotchas that you need to fully suss out prior to waiving due diligence

Can the loan be transferred to another buyer if I sell the property before the term ends?

That's also what the lender told me, it would take too long and thus make me as a buyer less competitive once we're in UW.
