I would maybe run them in the future-- heading upward at least on par with past average increases (be 2%, 5%, or 10% annually) or higher if you have major deferred CAP EX, very low reserves, lots of maintenance, etc.Yes, a condo is perhaps a low maintenance and fairly easy to managed proposition--but it can come at a cost.

The reason being is that it seems like folks are willing to pay up for the prospect/chance of hitting home runs every time because that's what they see in most of the case studies, and I believe over the long haul that's an expensive proposition for an investor if and when it turns out that the portfolio of deals is made up of a handful of home runs, a lot of doubles, a few singles, and a few strikeouts.
