I just got kicked off of facebook not sure why i never post there I only check in to see what my grandkids are up to etc.. some of my clients though  they really hammer facebook so they dont come on BP anymore I think in my mind they probably find it easier to find clients on facebook than BP  since they can just share their projects without worry of getting banned for self promotion etc..

The consider the materials used, etc, but they do use area comps of newly constructed homes as the value.

However, Napier used to have other material he sold (workbook and tapes) that contained many of his best techniques and strategies.
