For installing solar panels on a rental property, you might want to consider a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) or a solar lease.

I think proving the concept with your own capital is extremely powerful.

From a platform standpoint, AirBnb is too powerful.

Sometimes tenants abuse "free" power by running the AC with the windows open and so on.
