Hello everyone, I have seen in this forum a lot of people who have experience and passion.I am also passionate and want to invest in real estate for the long term.

I currently work with investors to build their portfolios with Turn-key long-term rentals, making it hands-free for the investors. 

I've seen a lot of people try this, and they rarely use the home. 

But otherwise the best way to get in front of people is through either word-of-mouth like you're doing or paid advertising on Google, Meta, Pinterest etc., I think there's a lot to building a "community" like feel for your tenants that may include events, giveaways, etc., to get them to engage with you and elevate their living experience.  

On the other hand, tenants tend to cause damages when moving these appliances in/out, so having them in place may be safer.I recommend you look at what others are doing in your community and price point.

I am partnering with with other people who want to invest in real estate and they have money but they don't have the time, experience, or knowledge of how to invest in real estate in a way that makes a lot of money quickly.

There are also removable barrier fences and alarms that people use instead of permanent barrier fences. 

After punching your rental income from tax returns MOST people more or less break even ion a rental.

I’ll be honest it’s not clear to me real estate is necessarily a better investment than say the stock market, certainly not a bad investment but not as hyped as some people make it, you need to decide how much owning your own home is worth to you & also how long you plan to be in the area, if you will be here for the foreseeable future, bite the bullet and buy, if your not sure where you will be in a few years, renting might make more sense.
