Was wondering, for those who own property in BC/Vancouver area, do you use a property manager/management company as advised by the numerous podcasts?

Was there a bidding war with other buyers?

Attorney Mark Warda has written numerous Wiley house publishing books on Land Trusts.

Lot's of small multifamily properties around with numerous examples of people investing in it.  

The trade wars triggered by Trump and the 10 years since the last bottom in 2008 is my sign to sell.

Bidding war we went full price and was awarded the sale. $219k.

I have also been working with a turnkey provider that offers 1% a month rent multiplier and he runs a backlog given the demand.As long as the economy stays strong and we don’t end up in a land war in Asia or a trade war, I see the housing market continuing, but at a slower pace.

Its in a C neighborhood, but not in the war zone, mostly families on section 8 rentals in that area of town.
