taxes are high everywhere, especially in our bankrupt state. with the home values going down, the local govt still wants there $ (hint, schools) so they jack up the equalizer factor.run your total numbers. if they work, don't worry about all the fees. village nuisance nonsense is a just of fact of life with the govt.

Regardless of the length of the lease, if your tenant violates the terms in the lease, is a nuisance or doesn't pay the rent on time you can still evict the tenant.Even if the tenant signs a 2-year lease the tenant can move out any time before that and break the lease.

Over the last year I have seen an increase in people sending me Texts and Calls wanting to buy my properties (maybe some of you nice folks ;) ), but it's becoming a daily thing multiple times a day and such a nuisance.
