I know many vets who like me drive truck, and pass random drug tests on a regular basis.

I want to make a sunken garden in the old basement and have one or two food vending trucks or trailers (on the grade level).  

Or like @Rich Weese , you just strategically place your properties around the countr(ies) so you get all the best seasons and everything you like ;)By the way Rich, I traded an old truck of mine that couldn't pass smog for a coin-op washer and dryer on the deal I finished in July of this year.

I have a friend in the oil service support business that has to fly in guys from out of state during the week and paying them $120k+ as truck drives.

When the inner workings of the economy change so rapidly, much like the game of musical chairs, there are many participants who are left without a chair when the music stops.In this new economy that we are in the midst of, which monster corporations will suffer their fate next?

They might have other properties throwing off more cash but will hold this one to add to the mix.Those taxes are an absolute monster.
