I'm not understanding that logic here?

I would live there for a year, and then if I need to change cities I could remotely manage the property.My reason for going with a condo is that the maintenance work goes through the complex, making it easier to manage from another city.So my questions are:1)Is this sound logic, and a reasonable plan for success?

Logically and rationally, you should always target the highest interest debt first.  

One of the most profound reason logical reason i believe America may be the top of its core "most powerful" is because; most everything is accounted for.

I understand the logic being on the safe side and wanting cash flow.  

I've had a few people mention that this is a lot of work at least initially, but it seems like the next logical step.

You've received and will continue to receive a lot of very good and sound logic for investing in RE today.

I'm excited and keep reminding myself not to get emotional and think logical so I don't get into something that doesn't cash flow positively.

I believe his logic was to save money if I were to pay myself with profits or something.
