I have many years of construction experience and have also done a fix and flip, in addition to ground up construction, as well as 10 years of entrepreneurial experience running a paddle board rental company, and advancing science through developing theoretical methods for efficient large scale simulations...I guess my problem is I can't seem to figure out how to find the money to do more projects, which is why I've been trying to sell my house.

How can I use creative finance from the seller so that I do not have to put down a large amount and through a bank. 

This is a large established corporation so I'm not concerned, and most of my application questions wouldn't make sense.

The escrow should be large enough to provide the seller with incentive to get out. 

Typically a holding company is used for large companies like walmart - who has a shipping/transportation company, a real estate arm, the arm that sells the products etc.
