To me it is really about the market being overvalued causing money to be spent by companies or people based on the uptick in the market.Once or if the market corrects, that in itself is based on various factors might be a BIG correction or a serious of bumps down.The real estate market had a similar flu with the 2008 correction.I played the gold market watched it go all way close to 2k an ounce then thought 5k was next.
