You may be significantly more knowledgeable about these topics than your average 18yr old, (or 40yr old for that matter), but there is always something more to learn and the only way to learn this additional stuff is to stay humble and engage in active learning techniques.

I’m just going to be an administrative hassle for them and ensure they are applying the rules fairly and equally.HOA is very inactive and I seem to be the target of their ire… really it’s just the ARC leader.  

Age of the updates (when was the roof, plumbing, heating, and electrical updated)2. is there knob & tube or Aluminum wiring in the building (active or inactive)3. is there an underground tank (oil)4.
