My team is also well connected to this sector of the industry allowing us to be experts in Land listings as well as have access to numerous Off-Market Listings.

I did see it and scheduled the sprinkler installation but heard they are now requiring additional improvements that weren't originally discussed like multiple egresses, changes to pool room doors etc.   

Either way, you win the auction, you have access to deed on the property.

You still need access to the property to do it, but it's a bit faster than doing a normal appraisal.
