I had saved all the money from my three family rents but when third floor moved out I completely renovated it with new cabinets and I put hydro air system with AC so I used all the cash profits from the rent I had saved to renovate it but now I get $1,200 a month for third floor 3 bed apartment House produces a 1,000 a month Proffit

LOLMy advice is not to get caught up in seeing  someone in front of their Jet or Ferrari and end up spending 50 thousand on training, make sure whomever you work with is actually in the business.

Its sounds similar to what Southwest did with jet fuel futures - only time will tell.I'm curious, is there a pre-payment penalty?

My plan is pushing the cost of utilities to the tenants (gas and hydro) and I will pay for water. 

I want to reduce that to 1-2 years and now we have the opportunity to throw some jet fuel on it; very excited!

@Sean Kollee  also logistic's  its not like Fort Mac is just up the road a piece :)I remember flying into Edmonton and then another hour JET flight north I think the road ends there correct?

What is wrong with a regular shower or better yet a Roman jetted tub!

Other alternatives are working for FBO for private jets or working at a luxury car dealer....maybe you do that part time 1-2 days a week or 2-3 hours in the morning during the busy times.
