Do your best and if it doesn't work out, sell to another Airbnb host.

Be sure to establish a good team of cleaners, handyman etc (ask for recommendations from other hosts)

Hey Steve, I’ve been co-hosting for 26+ listings and find that Airdna is pretty close with its revenue projections.

I used a different LLC to purchase this property as well.Several of the BP podcast hosts, namely, Brandon Turner, David Green Rob Abasolo, Ashley Kehr, Tony Robinson all state that if you are looking to cash flow from for rent-ready, LTR, properties off of the MLS, then good luck. 

So the only short-term rental hosts that get in trouble are those whose neighbors complain.

And I host a YouTube channel about Milwaukee real estate (and about to launch a 2nd channel about investing in Milwaukee - you are literally the first to know -:) With the help of my team we close about 100-150 deals per year. 

I also co-host for just 15% so more cashflow to you there. 

I host a happy hour Every 2 months or so.
