Either look at them as “never rented before” (moving out of their parents home and starting their own independent lives) or “skip over this one” (mature adults with no prior mortgages/ ownership of real estate who are lying to you or maybe were homeless or incarcerated and are getting back on track).

I'm not quite there yet, but I've taken care of the first part and I'm working on the second.I understand your point of view.however, I disagree on the laziness part.life is not just about making money , I would like to devote more of my time to my church, serve homeless, go on multiple missions to other countries.the question is, I am trying to figure out is the inflation part.

If not, you're going to have to do some serious digging.With that said, yes, if you are successful in garnishing, there is no reason you should not get every cent back, until the person either goes bankrupt, homeless, or disappears entirely.
