Do you have an idea of the property type (SF, 1-4 MF?)

Exchange now at 500k over basis into income property with lease back and put option for 300k more. 

My overall goal is have passive income while I am able to travel the world at ease. 

I own a duplex with my husband and have been self managing the rentals (one is MTR and one is LTR) under my LLC.

Your question of "does the product exist" is a yes, but the better question might be "will the property cash flow at a 1.0X or better at 15% might be the more appropriate question.

I just use the "workflows" feature instead of the campaign feature.I am glad the regulations were created, as this is the first time in years that experienced investors have a marketing competitive advantage.
