I would say "shopping" at Starbucks will make one happier and is a higher and better use of time then say, budgeting :) No disagreement there. 

Once I set specific dollar amount goals, which had a specific purchase target,   I have been much happier.  

The investors are studying and analyzing these things 100x more than you,   and they'll be happier getting more than your estimate, than less. 

Use a breather and tyvek if you want to come away alot happier after this serious ***** is tamed!
