My goal is to gain a solid understanding of the process, master deal analysis, and ultimately close my first deal.Right now, I’m focused on learning the basics — from finding motivated sellers to building a strong network of cash buyers.

What process reduces the payoff by 12 years?  

All funds process through various channels but the PMS (with trust accounting which is very important) keep track of all the funds and then we disburse monthly to the owner. 

There is still a shortage of homes under $1250 a month for rent that when advertised, they are being filled in a matter of days.

It just makes the whole process smoother and less stressful.What’s your experience been like?

We're in the process doing a build to rent property.

This is not a quick process, but none the less, the best process and it works every time. 

Hugely popular area.Our cabin is doing good, hopefully the calendar will fill in more throughout the year.Although lots of people visit the area there is a lot of competition. 

Achieving a great cashflowing property, learning the process while executing, and great satisfaction of helping a family.
