I would have to look, but if everything is out in the open, you could just cut some pipes and run the loop into the new boiler, and rewire the t-stats from the other unit.

I'm assuming the original pipe in the slab went bad, although I've never seen or heard of that.

mother hire an inspector to inspector home before purchasing a foreclose from the bank. the inspector wrote on his report that he was not able to inspect heat and water system because they were turned off. my mother went ahead and purchase the home. now that the title is under her name, she now can call Nstar to turn on the water and heat system. after the heat and water was turned on, we noticed that room and hallway basement heater weren't working. also the heater system was leaking water and making notice. there was water pipe leaking as well. anything that has to do with water and gas is health hazard for this reason i ask is it suppose to be the bank who should be liable for all issues. i said because they did not turn on the water and heat system the time the inspector so he can inspect everything tortuous. and also for not telling my mother that the house is health risk. this kind of stuff can cause fireplease feedback is neededpleasei beg you all

The most pressing include a leaking main water pipe in the crawlspace, several dead outlets, non-grounded outlets and non covered outlets, a loose shower liner/insert that has caused mold and moisture damage on the bathroom sheetrock (there is no vent/fan in there), and the carport and porch roof are leaking.

Low enough to account for the extra costs (interest paid - or not gained if bought with cash, utilities, potential theft/vandalism, potential winter problems such as frozen/burst pipes that are now your problems, etc).

I had a tenant tell me they only wanted to pay 600 a month when rent is 850.They said they will move.I said that is fine with me.250 times 12 is 3,000 a year in lost market rent.So if I took a tenant at 600 times 12 is 7,200.Instead I have a tenant at 850 times 12 is 10,200.So I can have it vacant for almost 4 months and be at the same point.Plus the past tenant has a judgment and I will have a company garnishing their wages for me.Another item to consider is the cost to get it re-rented.If the tenant has lived there a long time then fix up costs will be high compared to a newer tenant you have to get out unless they had animals,smoked,etc.Once you file eviction on the tenants most likely they will not pay anything as they are saving to move and go somewhere else.The down side of a vacant unit is vandalism and crime,more maintenance,and worrying about busted pipes etc.Hope it helps.

.- New sub floors in Kitchens where needed , and then Linoleum floors in kitchen- Total Cleanout 3-4 Roll Off Dumpsters for left behind junk- Linoleum in pantry 4x8- 2 Bathrooms - Needs new linoleum and 1 needs Sub floor- Bathroom walls - rip off old plastic tile in one and make drywall and paint - Ba 2 Needs Rip off wall paper and skim and paint2 - Living room Kitchen & (2) Dining Room and 3 (6)Bed rooms Refinish Hardwood floors on ea floor so x22- Living rooms, kitchen and dining rooms, remove wall paper and skim coat, and paint all walls and ceilings2 - Living Rooms and windows remove all trim and replace with new and paint ( lead Paint )2 - Repair Bathroom Ceilings and Pantry Ceilings and then paint6 Bedrooms Fix Drywall, paint walls and ceilings2 Bathrooms install bathtub wall panels2 - Install Kitchen Cabinets , and countertops, and Sink in both pantrys2- Install Dishwashers including pipe, drains and elec in two pantries2 - Over stove - More cabinets in Kitchen @ 6 ft top and bottom with countertops2 Install washer and dryer hookups after bringing power to locationApprox 150-200 ft of Asbestos removal in basementalso what is the lead time to do all this..?
