@JD Martin I don't disagree that a property manager would ease my stress level.

I would guess that during March/April it might have slowed, but now that we are into the summer months, and COVID-19 restrictions easing, are people seeing an uptick in leasing activity?

Or agents that think there is some room to ease some burden?

No, but if you have a shaky seller its good to be there to ease any concerns.

I agree the more education and familiarity I have with all of it and the market I am looking into will help ease those fears.
