In much of what I see today, private lenders exist very distant from those types of guidelines.

I do agree with you that in the long run there will be an equilibrium between the US dollar and the other leading currencies simply because we still have the means to manufacture and innovate, but that is a distant future.To MikeHo.

Great Post Samuel,I would first recommend looking for property in you local area because just getting started it would be a pain to drive to distant areas or even out of state to visit the property if you plan on managing a flip project or rental property yourself.

It depends upon how far back the title company searched... if such an agreement was entered into 60+ years ago by some distant owner, the title company would probably not have found it.
