You can set up Google Voice to automatically forward to a number of devices so that multiple people on your team can answer the phone. 

Do not yourself provide a hide-a-key or any such device for others to use lest you want trouble with the law when your tenant blames you for the "burglar" who stole her expensive items...

I am not a big fan of high cost software that runs on a desktop, I much prefer cloud apps, especially ones that sync and work seamlessly over multiple devices. 

If you use comps, how do you compare the value of two dissimilar properties like single family home versus a 4 unit quad?

Modern society (unlike 60 years ago) uses a LOT of electrical devices that draw a LOT of power and we demand to have plugs including GFI's at proper locations.

And I spend way too much time looking at electronic devices...I'm looking forward to learning enough to give a bit of knowledge back to this community!

A good one will move  a LOT of water quickly.Get a BIG shop vac and go to town to get the remaining water after the pump has reached its limit.If the water got into electrical boxes, open those and pull out the devices.
