We choose to provide, functional, clean properties, that have everything fixed, Not Many frills but everything is tastefully decorated.  

If you know how to get furnished homes, free furniture, free decor, etc. then you can start off with very little capital depending on where you live.

He’s going to be asking 12 dollars a sq ft lower than market avg in our area but, there is hardly no storage for seasonal decorations, (Christmas tree, fall decorations, etc) no garage, no fence for yard, and no place to store our dogs.

The biggest things i noted could be improved were missing basics like sugar, coffee, working tv, good internet, and just good decorations that i expected for a ski location, instead of the random incongruous ones there. 

Based off of the outside decor I believe they are probably an older person/ couple.

I spent the extra bucks for tile - it photos really well and you have a Floor and Decor in Cincy they have fabulous pricing.
