Hi Daljit,Yes properties are alot less money to get into and can cash flow better, then you are cash flowing U.S. currency.

Several years back this was a huge part of our business but now that the currency is not as strong for them they have slowed down in buying. 

And is that country experiencing some tightening policy around currency movements?

I have take a tactical tilt a little more towards International Developed Equity Markets (like Europe & Japan) which haven't seen near the run up & have experienced currency weakness.

I am in need of an angel investor because my currency is not worth much in many other countries and the financial setup in South Africa does not favour buy-to-let. 

Having an agent is to important in my mind and time is currency in this business.
