I just picked up two in MH that will rent for 1800ish,  Bob your B C is my C D we all have our opinions  LOL..

(I do have a unit that I plan to make into an MTR sometime in the next few years... that's as far as I've gotten.)My opinion is that you should invest in STRs because: you're passionate about hospitality and therefore want to own and operate an STR successfully.

Furnished rentals are very hard to work with in my opinion.
