@Jon Klaus yes Jon figured that banking stuff out a few years ago.. but of course its not all peachs and cream :) but when it works its pretty nice. and an option to owning RE.Building as you do ( and I do ) of course can even be substantially better with leverage with 100% plus returns COC common place ... but lots of risk.

For example I always use a beige color (cream in my coffee) , a very light grey (azure snow) , and sometimes a very pale blue in laundry rooms/mud rooms etc.Gives a more “homey” feeling instead of depressing white everywhere!

They don't realize mold is what was growing on the block of cheese in their refrigerator; that mold is what makes bleu cheese look and taste the way it does; or, that we have antibiotics now because of bread mold.

It's just when someone who is outspoken and likes to play the victim decides to throw a hissy fit when it happens to them that it makes headlines.It's like an 8 year old that punches their little sister for no reason and then cries "you're not fair" when they get their ice cream taken away in response.Like I said, I haven't followed this particular instance so maybe it's not the case here, but these perpetual babies have lost the benefit of the doubt.
