I received wrong information from people in the Portugal RE industry before so I'm not super confident the person I talked to is correct I'm just trying to get more data points.In case it's useful for others these are some other bits of info I've learnedRefinancing is possible but it is more expensive than conventional (usually the spread is 1-2% higher) and it is necessary to explain to the bank what will be done with the money.It is not necessary to wait to own the property for a certain time to obtain mortgage credit.

Wholesaling is NOT investing.Wholesaling is a business.Wholesaling requires you to continuelly get new leads, sell contracts to buyers, repeat.Once you stop getting leads or finding buyers, there is no more money coming in.Sure, you can get food and automate certain things but it is a business.In my opinion, you should look at what you do in your profession and see if you can moonlight some hours to make more money that will go towards the downpayment.Best of luck

Most loan packages include something you sign that says that you will cooperate with them to correct any technical errors like this and I believe it also includes the ability for them to sign for you if you don't but obviously they prefer to have clean paperwork where you have signed it.

Or its worse if the agent thinks they know some detail that again is not correct.. it puts you in an awkward position of arguing with the agent when the buyer is there.I had one a few months ago were the buyers were uber picky on one of my new builds I mean we go above and beyond and so they come for their walk through and start in again on I mean TINY things that no other inspector buyer would point out I mean somethings cosmetically are to industry standards and we are not painting the moa lisa..

I definitely would want the mail to go to the correct place.If someone wanted to sue you, the fact that you ignored changing your address would be a good argument that you are not maintaining corporate formalities, potentially having the protections of your LLC ignored.Most states have annual filing requirements for the LLCs so that would be a good time to update it.
