@Fakaradin Floydcongrats and thanks for the update, it's always great when someone comes back to update the community on their progress.it sounds like you're saving up to buy something, is that accurate? 

I think rental property is being taken without compensation because by-in-large the real estate community is not putting up a fight. 

Any suggestions I should consider before engaging them?

As Plano is a pretty nice clean cut buttoned up type of community they don't seem to have a lot of tolerance even for just a few bad apples.Dallas is considering a ban. 

You really need consistent posting, engaging content, and good timing to even have a shot at reaching the right people.
