Many banks will shut down accounts if/when they realize you're accepting payments from a dispensary because it isn't legalized at a federal level, and banks adhere to federal regulations.

Bragg which seems to me like it would help to stabilize the market somewhat (don't think there's any fear of them shutting it down...)I know there are plenty of large corporations in Rocky Mount but my concern is there's not much else. 

So when a tenant pays me late, I check in the winter to see if heat is still on.I've had a few times where tenants in my lowest end property had utilities shut off but only a few times in 20+ years.

There was a fire underground, and we had to shut off the power to fix the line.

We were able to shut it off from outside the house near the street for some quick repairs, but this isn't the best situation. 

But worried that a listing agent will shut these ideas down to their seller.

Lot of such MHP's are being shut down / redeveloped.Total spitballing,  I have no experience with such.

If each unit already has it's own shut-off valve then the supply lines should be seperate and you can probably install these.

The oxygen sensor will shut it down if the air gets too thin for safety and then the electric will kick on.
