Some of the negative reviews I've read on Norada (not necessarily on BP) seem to stem from not understanding Norada's responsibility in helping you meet your investment goals, nor in yours once the purchase contract is complete.

I am joining to help/support others with their journey and also help me ACCELERATE my REI investing through peer support, coaching, and preferable has a model to follow based on one's goals.

You have to ask yourself what the end goal and how many of these do you plan on doing to reach that goal.

If I have one property at or around market, I would choose to keep in the same or raise it a little.

I ma here to learn and I will not pick and choose how those lessons are presented to me!  

I don't know where you fall, but if you are aggressive, then there are lots to choose from (more than 100 deals a month) and they are very easy to locate.

What are some of your big goals in the next 5-10 years can probably help you answer this question better.
