I had to prove that my credit score was acceptable, that I had not only good references from my current landlord, but the 2 previous ones.  

Also I don’t have a choice it’s real estate or nothing, financial freedom is getting achieved no matter what, I’m living the lifestyle I want and I need to retire my mom she’s 52 years old and has $2K in her retirement account.

I had it prior but had to make a career choice about 5 years ago when I was working for a dealership because it was too time consuming to keep it open. 

That was what this was in reference to.

It comes out that they made adjustments on October 4th, to a few proeprty ledgers  18 months prior (april 2023).Also they  are trying to claim their 10% fee from the security deposits they are holding for me.They’re now claiming I owe them money that wasn’t owed, it’s only showing as owed beciase of the ledger adjustment referred to earlier.This reeks of fraud to me.

@Jamie Dupont we automatically send eviction notices for nonpayment, in Michigan, it's referred to as a 7-Day Notice.
