It's required by ordinance that the water be changed between each guest.There may be a certain amount of trial and error as you work with your cleaning/maintenance staff, communicate well with them but give them space to do their jobs, and if it doesn't seem to be working out, go to someone else.

I’ve heard horror stories of people who have to tear apart their house because of work that wasn’t permitted.I’m wanting to buy another home and rent this out as a duplex but I’m worried that if I apply for a rental license or anything that’s dealing with the city, they might find something that’s not permitted and we’ll be stuck with a hefty bill.

Nothing, and I mean nothing, can be learned from these events that cannot be learned through trial and error, attending LOCAL workshops/meetups, and in the recent decade, Youtube/Twitter.All for Bigger Pockets to earn $$$, but these events are a waste of money and time.
